Today, Codemasters released a third developer diary video for the upcoming Operation Flashpoint Red River military shooter which is nearing release, apparently as soon as this coming Thursday in Europe. This third video from the developers focuses on some of the various different four player drop-in, drop-out (join in progress) co-op game modes that will ship with the game. Besides being able to play the full single player campaign in co-op mode, there are four other distinct co-op modes mentioned: last stand, convoy escort, combat search and rescue (CSAR) and a combat sweep mode (clearing compounds, ammo caches etc). Oh and please note, the release date you see at the end of the video is the North American release date and not the European one.
