Skyrim Creation Kit on Schedule and Comes With a Surprise!

Pete Hines from Bethesda posted a nice tweet on twitter to let everyone know that the upcoming Creation Kit for The Elder Scrolls Skyrim is right on schedule, as well as teasing everybody with some sort of “special surprise” that they have in store which will be included in the Creation Kit. Guild Wars 2 Announces Open Beta

This morning ArenaNet founder and president Mike O’Brien announced in a blog post that Guild Wars 2 will get an open beta in March or April 2012. Skyrim Creation Kit on track for public release by month’s end

Late yesterday Bethesda finally confirmed that the highly anticipated Skyrim Creation Kit and Steam Workshop were in the final testing phase with their modding community and would be ready for public release towards the end of January 2012. Skyrim Creation Kit Modding Tools coming in January

Its has not even been a month since released, but Bethesda has just announced some good news for all Skyrim fans out there in particular for modders and players looking for new content to expand the game with. Among other news such as upcoming incremental patches, most important to note is the information that Bethesda has confirmed it will be releasing the Creation Kit for Skyrim (PC) around the beginning of January 2012.

Grand Theft Auto V Trailer Hits the Streets

As Rockstar confirmed last week, the latest installment in the Grand Theft Auto franchise, GTA V is well on its way. At the time, little to no information was given about the upcoming release except that people could expect it. Can You Run Skyrim?

Today the minimum and recommended system requirements for Skyrim were released by Bethesda. According to the specs its recommended that you carry a quad-core cpu in your box as well as a video card with 1GB of RAM which is not as high-end as many people thought. Even I expected the specs to be a bit higher for this very promising game. But I think this will make a lot of Elder Scrolls fans happy that they don’t have to buy a new rig or update their current one.
